Beutiful private land with houses in Reykjavik, the capital city of Iceland. 

The houses:

The water well is very productive of clear and good water that has received a good result from measurements. Work has begun with the extension of district heating into the area. The area is locked by an electric gate. Good gravel roads and parking spaces for many cars is on the land. 

Planning:

In 2021, a framework plan was approved for the area. The land is now defined as a development area. Approved

a positive opinion from the planning officer, which stipulates the utilization of the land for facilities and

recreation. The idea is related to natural spas as well as restaurant and related services for tourists and outdoor enthusiasts. It is in the hands of a new owner to develop an idea for the future use of the land.

The planned area is to be the future recreation area of ​​the city’s residents. The area is considerable

of hikers, cyclists, cross-country skiers and horse riders. The land is close to hiking, biking and riding trails as well as cross-country skiing trails in the winter.
