Property buyers who are interested in Spanish property, 2016 could be the year to invest.
There has been a marked increase in the number of British buyers investing in the Spanish market, which is set to continue into 2016.
In March 2016, Spanish estate agent HomeEspaña will have a stand at the A Place in the Sun Live exhibition, a place for potential buyers to meet property agents before travelling.
Manchester couple Phil and Sandra Jones visited the same stand in March last year, resulting in the successful purchase of a Costa Blanca home last November.
Sandra commented: “we earmarked six possible properties and in October 2015 flew out to the Costa Blanca to view them…when we visited the first property, we knew we wanted it.”
HomeEspaña were brilliant, guiding us through the purchase and helping with all the paperwork, including our NIE number and opening a bank account,” she continued.
Kieran Byrne at HomeEspaña explained the importance of being at these events: “Being at key UK exhibitions will continue to be an important way for meeting new customers and gaining their confidence.”
HomeEspaña will be exhibiting at the next A Place in the Sun Live exhibition in Manchester, which takes place 11th-13th March 2016.
