Fees & How This Works
This service involves two separate fee components:
1. Upfront Campaign Investment
An upfront, non-refundable campaign investment is payable before the campaign begins. This funds real marketing activity, including advertising spend, content creation, database marketing, and campaign execution.
2. Success Fee
A success fee is payable only if the property sells, either during the campaign or to a buyer introduced through the campaign within an agreed period.

How It Works
- Read the Terms & Conditions so you understand the upfront campaign investment, success fee structure, and service scope.
- Complete the application with your property details for initial review.
- Consultation with Nick Marr to assess fit, positioning, buyer profile, and campaign approach.
- Suitability decision & written confirmation: if accepted, campaign scope, fees, and key terms are confirmed in writing.
- Engagement confirmation & signature: a short engagement confirmation is issued for digital signature, formally activating the relationship and referencing the full Terms.
- Identity & authority checks (digital ID plus reasonable proof of ownership/authority to market) are completed before any campaign activity begins.
- Invoice & payment: an invoice is issued for the upfront campaign investment. Payment is required before launch.
- Campaign launch: once signed, verified, and paid, the campaign begins following the agreed consultation.
